Known for its artisanal details, each lampshade is crafted with custom pleating, hand-block printed fabrics, soft linens and delicate trims. Rooted in a philosophy of quiet luxury, the collection celebrates understated beauty, viewing lighting as more than a functional element but as an essential part of a room’s atmosphere, shaping both the silhouette of a lamp and the softness of its glow.

Care Instructions:
Gently dust the lampshade regularly with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. For pleated or textured fabrics, use a clean soft brush to carefully remove dust from the folds.
Avoid water, harsh cleaning products, rubbing or soaking, as these may damage the fabric, pleating, trims or hand-finished details. Keep away from direct sunlight, excess humidity and moisture to help preserve its colour, shape and finish over time.

For heavy or extra large furniture and décor pieces, please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery.
Outside Dubai: Shipping will be quoted after checkout.

FAQ
When will my order arrive?
Smaller pieces are sent for next-day delivery across the UAE, free over 150 AED, with same-day delivery within Dubai for AED 30 on orders placed before 5 PM.
Bulky pieces, including furniture, large artwork and lampshades, are delivered for AED 150 within 2 to 3 days. Free and express delivery do not apply to bulky items. Outside Dubai is quoted after checkout.
International orders ship via Aramex, with delivery times varying by location. Track your parcel with your AWB code.
Can I return or exchange my item?
If you have changed your mind you have 14 days from delivery to exchange for an item of equal value or take store credit. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are not refunded to card.
We cannot accept a change of mind on vintage and antique pieces, custom-made or personalised items, beauty or perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours at contact@georgesofdubai.com and we will repair, replace or refund it to your original payment method, whatever the item. That right is not affected by anything above.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Any order can be wrapped in our signature packaging with a handwritten note. Gift wrap is free, and there is a Signature GEORGES Gift Box if you want something more substantial.
How do you curate your products?
We choose everything by hand, looking for quality, real craftsmanship and design that lasts. We work with makers and brands whose approach to materials and production matches ours.

Smaller pieces qualify for next-day UAE delivery, free over 150 AED, and 4-hour express within Dubai for AED 30. Bulky pieces, including furniture, large artwork and lampshades, are delivered for AED 150 within 2 to 3 days and do not qualify for free or express delivery. We partner with Aramex for tracked shipping.
