We want you to love everything you order from Georges of Dubai. If something isn’t quite right, our 14-day return policy makes it easy to exchange or return your item.
Easy Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Once approved, you’ll receive a refund, exchange, or store credit
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items?
We sincerely apologise if you received a damaged or incorrect item!

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
❌ Personal care & beauty products (e.g. soaps, lotions)
❌ Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)
❌ Custom-made or personalised products
❌ Gift cards & sale items
Exchanges & Store Credit
We accept returns within 14 days for items in original, unused condition with tags and packaging. Approved returns are issued as store credit to your Georges account.
No cash refunds. Store credit can be used online or in-store.
How store credit is issued

After your return is approved, you receive an email titled “Store credit issued” with your balance.

The credit is tied to your email address. Create or sign in to your Georges account with the same email to use it.
Use your store credit online

Sign in at My Account with the same email that received the credit.

Add products to cart and go to checkout.

Your available Store Credit shows as a payment option. Select Apply.

If your credit is more than the order total, the remainder stays in your balance.

If your credit is less, pay the difference using any payment method.

Guest checkout hides store credit. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email to unlock it.
Use your store credit in-store

Have your email address ready at the register.

Our team finds your Georges account and applies the available credit.

You can part-pay with store credit and settle the rest by card or cash.

Bring a photo ID if asked, for security.
Basics

Credits are non-transferable and linked to your email.

Multiple credits combine automatically.

Credits can be used on most products, exclusions may apply to gift cards and custom orders.

Valid for 12 months from issue date, unless local law requires otherwise.
