Shipping and delivery

How your order gets to you, and what it costs.

Free and express delivery do not apply to fragile, oversized or bulky items. Those need special handling and are priced separately below.

In-store pickup. Free.

Collect from any of our three Dubai stores. Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout, pick your store, and we will email you when it is ready.

  • Motor City: Shop 22, Waitrose Mall
  • Umm Suqeim 1: Shop 13, Spinneys Centre, Umm Al Sheif Road, Al Safa 2
  • DIFC: inside Florette, Ground Floor, ICD Brookfield Place

Standard next-day delivery. Free from 150 AED.

Available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah on eligible standard orders of 150 AED or more. Fragile, oversized and bulky items are excluded.

Order before 2 PM and it arrives the next day. Later than that and it arrives the day after.

Next-day delivery. Orders under 150 AED. 25 AED.

Available in the same five emirates, with the same cut-off.

Same-day delivery in Dubai. 30 AED.

Order before 5 PM and choose Same-Day at checkout. Usually about four hours. Available for eligible standard orders up to 2kg. Fragile, oversized and bulky items are excluded.

Oversized and fragile. 50 AED.

Two to three days, packed with extra care. Available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah. The 50 AED charge applies even when your order is 150 AED or more.

Bulky items. From 150 AED.

Furniture, large artwork and lampshades. Two to three days. One bulky delivery charge per order, however many bulky pieces it holds.

  • Dubai: 150 AED
  • Sharjah and Ajman: 200 AED
  • Umm Al Quwain: 250 AED
  • Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah: 300 AED
  • Fujairah: 350 AED

Mixed baskets

Charges for different delivery types can be added at checkout. If an order includes both fragile and bulky items, the 50 AED fragile charge is added to the bulky delivery price. For example, delivery to Dubai is 200 AED (50 AED + 150 AED).

Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain

Online delivery is currently available for bulky-only baskets. Standard and fragile delivery rates are not yet available online for these two emirates. Please contact us before ordering to check courier availability and obtain a quote.

Free gift wrapping

Free gift wrapping is a service for the products in your order. It travels with those products and does not add a separate delivery charge. It is not sent on its own.
