email address, mobile number, and valid ID. Membership is open to individuals
18+ and takes effect immediately upon registration.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account at georgesofdubai.com and visit the "Ways to Redeem" section. Browse available rewards, select what you want, and confirm your redemption. Digital rewards are delivered instantly; physical items ship within 7 business days.
Can businesses join Club Georges?
No, the program is for individual consumers only. Corporate accounts, resellers, and buying agents are not eligible. Employee participation may be permitted with management approval.
Where can I use my Club Georges membership?
What purchases are eligible for points?
Most purchases earn points, with some exceptions:
· ✅ Earns points: Regular-priced items, sale items, in-store and online purchases
· ❌ No points: VAT/taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, amounts paid with vouchers/store credit, gift wrapping, warranties
Why didn't I receive points for my purchase?
Common reasons for missing points:
· Purchase included excluded items (gift cards, taxes, shipping)
· Payment made entirely with vouchers or store credit
· Technical delay (points post within 48 hours)
· Order was returned or cancelled

Can I combine multiple vouchers in one order?
No, only one promotional discount per order. You cannot stack loyalty vouchers with other promotional codes, influencer discounts, or sitewide sales. Choose the best option for your purchase.
