- Fragile and oversized: AED 50, allow 2 to 3 days. Available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah. Free and express delivery do not apply.
- Bulky delivery: Dubai AED 150; Sharjah and Ajman AED 200; Umm Al Quwain AED 250; Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah AED 300; Fujairah AED 350. Allow 2 to 3 days. One bulky delivery charge covers the bulky items in your order.
- Mixed baskets: delivery charges for different delivery types can be added at checkout. A fragile item with a bulky item costs AED 200 for delivery in Dubai (AED 50 + AED 150).
- Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: online delivery is currently available for bulky-only baskets. For standard or fragile items, please contact us before ordering to check availability and obtain a quote.

Change of mind
All sales of vintage and antique pieces are final as to a change of mind. Each piece is unique, so there is no identical replacement to exchange it for.

If your piece is damaged or not as described
This right is not affected by the above. Tell us within 48 hours at contact@georgesofdubai.com and we will repair, replace or refund it to your original payment method, and cover the return cost.

Can I return a vintage or antique piece?
All sales of vintage and antique pieces are final as to a change of mind. Every piece is one of a kind, so there is no identical replacement to exchange it for.
Signs of age, wear and variation are expected on these pieces and form part of their patina rather than being a fault.
Please ask before you buy if you have any doubt. Email contact@georgesofdubai.com for more detail and additional close-up photographs, or visit the store to inspect the piece and purchase it there.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Open your cart and choose "Make it a gift?". Our signature kraft paper and ribbon wrapping is free, the Signature Gift Box is 55 AED, and you can add a handwritten note to either.

We choose everything by hand, looking for quality, real craftsmanship and design that lasts. We work with makers and brands whose approach to materials and production matches ours.
