How your order gets to you, and what it costs.

Free and express delivery do not apply to bulky items. Those need special handling and are priced separately below.

In-store pickup. Free.

Collect from any of our three Dubai stores. Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout, pick your store, and we will email you when it is ready.

• DIFC: inside Florette, Ground Floor, ICD Brookfield Place

Free next-day delivery. Orders over 150 AED.

Order before 2 PM and it arrives the next day. Later than that and it arrives the day after.

Next-day delivery. Orders under 150 AED. 25 AED.

Same cut-off.

Same-day delivery in Dubai. 30 AED.

Order before 5 PM and choose Same-Day at checkout. Usually about four hours. Best for orders under 2kg.

Oversized and fragile. 50 AED.

Two to three days, packed with extra care.

Bulky items. 150 AED.

Furniture, large artwork, lampshades and multiple bulky items. Two to three days.

Outside Dubai we quote the cost after checkout and email it within 24 hours for you to approve. If you would rather not go ahead, you can cancel for a full refund.

International

We ship worldwide with Aramex. Email contact@georgesofdubai.com for a quote.

Customs duties, taxes and any local VAT are the customer's responsibility. We cannot ship to OFAC-restricted regions.
