Change of mind
All sales of vintage and antique pieces are final as to a change of mind. Each piece is unique, so there is no identical replacement to exchange it for.

This right is not affected by the above. Tell us within 48 hours at contact@georgesofdubai.com and we will repair, replace or refund it to your original payment method, and cover the return cost.

From furniture and original oil paintings to vintage fabrics, framed prints and small decorative objects, these pieces have already lived a life before finding their way to GEORGES.

When will my order arrive?
Smaller pieces are sent for next-day delivery across the UAE, free over 150 AED, with same-day delivery within Dubai for AED 30 on orders placed before 5 PM.
Bulky pieces, including furniture, large artwork and lampshades, are delivered for AED 150 within 2 to 3 days. Free and express delivery do not apply to bulky items. Outside Dubai is quoted after checkout.
International orders ship via Aramex, with delivery times varying by location. Track your parcel with your AWB code.
Can I return a vintage or antique piece?
All sales of vintage and antique pieces are final as to a change of mind. Every piece is one of a kind, so there is no identical replacement to exchange it for.
Signs of age, wear and variation are expected on these pieces and form part of their patina rather than being a fault.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Any order can be wrapped in our signature packaging with a handwritten note. Gift wrap is free, and there is a Signature GEORGES Gift Box if you want something more substantial.

We choose everything by hand, looking for quality, real craftsmanship and design that lasts. We work with makers and brands whose approach to materials and production matches ours.
