One of Australia’s most popular and respected independent textile design studios, Bonnie and Neil announces the launch of their new vinyl rugs and porcelain tile collection, a collaboration with leading tile merchant Byzantine Design on a collection celebrating colour and pattern with a nod to worldly influences. The range includes 5 distinct designs - 70’s, Cuba, Aegean, Deco and Coastal. From the 70’s simplicity colour palette, with repeat patterns as abstract shapes and intricate pattern inspired by art deco designs.

The Bonnie and Neil x Byzantine Design collection is hand painted by Bonnie with oil or acrylic paints and digitally printed onto the vinyl rugs.

“It has been an incredibly detailed process, from creating designs that would translate to tiles, wall and floor, to understanding the specifications of tiles and vinyl. We love celebrating vinyl and the quick transformation it can make to a space, both mediums have come together so well and we can’t wait to see how the products are incorporated into bathrooms, kitchens and surfaces. ”Bonnie and Neil.
